• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Services.

4. Payments & Subscriptions (if applicable)

• All prices are agreed individually

• Payments are made according to the contract

• Refunds are not issued after work has started

• Prepayments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract

• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

• Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We are not responsible for their policies or technical failures.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, Kyiv without regard to its conflict of law principles.
